Dr. Azi treated my 21 year old daughter rudely. My daughter overheard the doctor then making unprofessional remarks at the desk, in public. Very disgusted.

Dr. Azi is very caring and treats me like a person, which I appreciate. She's pretty knowledgeable and open to my opinions for my own care. I find I have to really advocate for myself though. The follow up isn't great. On three separate occasions I have had to follow up with specialists who stated that they never received a referral and when I call, I'm told it was missed and not sent. Very frustrating. I don't find the admin to be particularly friendly and there seems to be a different face every few months.

New secretary very helpful. Dr Azi comes to my home to see me. Couldnt find a doctor that will do that. I even have her cell phone no.

treated like a fast food customer. sits at her computer and dispenses pills. forget about a referral to a specialist. staff not professional

Never seems to take the taime to talk about your complaint. Just tosses a perscription your way and says you should be fine now. Not impressed at all by her lack of medical knowledge

Good Luck with the new phone number which is 905-440-3600. They do not Answer the phone and you can only leave a message to Cancel an appointment. While Dr Azi is nice her support staff and phone support SUCK.
