Dr.Osborne is a very caring and patient Dr. He never makes you feel like you are rushed through your appointment. He is a very busy Dr. but always makes you feel special.

Dr. Osborne works as a GP but what I needed him for was my grandfather in a retirement home. Dr. Osborne is on staff at Sienna Retirement Homes. We were told he would be able to become my grandfathers primary doctor. So we switch all his charts over to Dr. Osborne. In over 5 years we have yet to see him. We joke he doesn't exist and it is all a sham. However, it isn't so funny now that we actually need care. My grandfather needs help immediately. We couldn't find Dr. Osborne and so we took him to emerge and urgent care. My grandfather is 91. Now we believe we need palliative care and again Dr. Osborne is nowhere to be found. I imagine though, the cheques the clinic sends him, probably over 6k/month to be "on-call" are able to find the doctor. It has been over a month we have been trying to get an appointment and we found out he will be in the office for 1 hour but the wait list is so long they can't guarantee he will see him. DISGRACEFUL. If you say you will tend to patients you must honour your commitment. Otherwise that is called malpractice and it is negligent. Unfortunately I can offer no kind words at this point in time on this doctors care, behavior or code of ethics.
