Dr hoy has been my doctor since he first came to bowmanville some 30 + years ago ,he delivered my 3 children and is a very caring ,copassionate doctor and Man ,i Thank you Doctor hoy and all of your staff through the years for the wonderful care you have given me and my family ,Robert Luxton.
