The staff is great and the NP has been an incredible addition to the team but office hours are incredibly annoying! Can never just call and make an appointment. He's either booked or you have to call back another time because he hasn't released the schedule yet. Why aren't there just regular available hours/times?

Takes time to explain issues & options. Will notice right away if you are reacting different from normal and will ask if he can help. Immediate apoligies given if he is running late. Reception staff excellent. Nurse Practitioners a great addition to the team.
