Dr. Nixon is friendly and tries to help with whatever the issue may be. As a GP she is very good. The only issue I have is with one of her front desk people Niki who is very cold and rude, likes to cut you off and correct you. If it was just a bad day I wouldn't mention it but it's every single time I have to call in. Agree with other poster as it's almost tempting to find another GP just to avoid the front desk person.

There is a lady at front desk who answers the phone a lot and will cut you off before hearing what you have to say. She judges what you need before you have a chance to speak and is very cold. Dr. Nixon is amazing but I would find another doc just to avoid the confrontation before seeing her.
