Although the doctor is very good, his staff office are terrible. Unprofessional. I did my biopsy over a month and a half ago and i meet with the doctor he gave me the results and to date my specialist does not have my results and when i call they say they don't have the result and i need to call the hospital to get my results.

great great doctor and surgoen his lady asistant spent time and took time answering all our questions for the operation, even though busy and had others were waiting. So our calls never returned or answered by front desk no answer on phone when call or trying to leave msg was impossible sometimes, even faxed message to her before the appointment, and phone calls to send our blood work in, many times, for CT appointment, to BCH was ignored, the prompt and well versed doctor called us in and saw us and Salma booked us for the best and soonest date available. Dr. Irshad is a kind hearted surgeon but front desk needs to work with more patients and smile and training.

Excellent Dr's, Slama is the best, However the front main reception unprofessional, does not return call or do what promised ie fax etc.... Simply not qualified for the job.

Dr. Irshad is a very kind and experienced surgeon, great bed side manners and takes the time to go over the procedure well so I didn't need to take notes. We got a surgery date from his assistant and everything was well explained,as she is organized, quick but detailed in her explanations. Very helpful person also Although getting an appointment to come in took a very long time since nobody returned our messages for 2 months and nobody ever answers the phone, we saw her do it when we were there and she is rude and inconsiderate and argues a lot. She wouldnt make the extra effort to even write down our appointment even though i had to push a wheel chair.

Dr Irshad as operated on me twice. First for esophagus cancer and a year later removed most of my colon from my chest saving my life. He and his staff treated me like family. I've also had six additional procedures done. Every surgery and procedure were within 10 days. This Doctor is a TEN

Dr Irshad is a most caring & knowlegable Dr. Once my scope was done, they booked my Hiatal repair surgery very quickly. Dr Irshad ended 3 years of sufferering for me. My hernia (I named him Fred)was trying to escape out of my oesophagus. I'm a female age 69. I was treated with utmost courtesy and felt very confident of the surgery outcome. Dr Irshad & his office & surgical team are the best. Thank you

I went to see Doctor Irshad for Hyperdrosis two years ago. He performed ETS on me and it was a life changing event. He has a great staff especially Selma, who guided me during the whole procedure. Recently I wanted to do Mira dry, for which the staff was very accommodating and scheduled me an appointment on a weekend as I have a tight work schedule. I believe Selma is a great asset to the clinic. She's very genuine and truly cares about the patients. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who's struggling with hyperdrosis 10/10.

I have had very bad experience, they are not professional at all , my appointment was cancelled without getting any phone calls to advice. I have taken half day off from work for the appointment and when I reached at the doctor’s office on Bovaird Dr ,Brampton office, it was closed and waited there for 20 mins . After knocking at the door for 10 times , finally the receptionist opened the door and told me that my appointment was cancelled , reason she gave for not advising me was that she didn’t have my number. (how can that possible she called me for my first appointment day before). Anyways she re booked me again and when I call to confirm my appointment a day before, the receptionist didn’t know what I was talking about and she had all my information incorrect and keep telling me that I was last seen by the doctor before 2 years when I was seeing the doctor 2nd time in last 3 months!!! my appointment was for 9 am and she switched my time to 11:30am saying that the doctor would not be available in the morning. Now she reschedule my appointment again after two weeks. The receptionist is not polite at all and is very rude; she doesn’t have good communication skills, need customer service skills, very unprofessional. As per doctor I supposed to see him after 2 week from my first appointment but it’s been 3 months I haven’t seen the doctor. My advice to you would be to confirm your appointment before going and keep track of your appointment since the receptionist is irresponsible. thank you
