An arrogant non empathic doctor who rushed to clean out my ear convinced that cleaning it would fix the issue, its actually worse now and told me if it is Tinnitus (did not have this before the cleaning) not to waste my money because there would be no solution. Horrible experience I would not recommend him ever!!

I feel given the time it took waiting to see this specialist and the time waiting in reception I was not only rushed and treated unfairly, my ear feels worse than it did going in. My ear was cleaned however a few days later left with my ear feeling extra hypersensitive and high frequencies. I do not even know if my hearing will ever be back to normal now,.

It is exceedingly frustrating trying to contact your office. Being left on hold; and not having the ability to leave a message is not in the interest of patient care.

It is unacceptable to be on hold for 1/2 an hour and to get nowhere, no answers provided. I understand he is a specialist, but the entire office seems to run on a "you need us, we don't need you" basis. Sad that we can't have better care.

Wow! the worse doctor I ever met, very dismissive and take no time to listen , did not attempt to investigate - wrote me a prescription and excused himself. I felt like I went into a walk in clinic.

I was operated by Dr. Korman in my right ear. I had tissue cimopletely blocking the ear canal so I was 100% deaf. Dr. Korman did an excellent job of removing the blockage and now I can hear again. Extremely knowledgeable and kind.

My young daughter had a very positive experience with Dr. Korman who took her tonsils and adenoids out, and put ear tubes in this past May 8, 2014. He was a professional from start to finish. He was right on the ball with his diagnosis. Would highly recommend him. His staff is very patient, kind, courteous, and understanding. Very impressed overall.

Doctor was amazing,very knowledgeable. I tried to book my next appointment before leaving and the older lady at the front desk was not very pleasant about it. I called later on and spoke with the other woman to book my appointment who was very nice.
