My whole famiy has been seeing Dr.Garay for years and now our grandson. I find him resourceful, knowledgeable a and top not doctor. Queen’s Square is the best

I had a serious illness which occurred due to my immune system being compromised. I had to do the leg work, investigate tell him what it was find a specialist in that field and tell him to refer me .. I fired him thru the government and got a Dr that cares and listens

I hate having him as a doctor he treats me as if I am a child. It takes forever to get a prescription filled by him and that's if he he even does it. I find that he is not concerned with my health issues and is always in a rush. The hold time on the phone to get thru to his ignorant staff is pathetic. I need a doctor who cares about me and not his paycheck. Soon as I am able I will no longer be his patient.

Dr. Garay is quite personable and knowledgeable. I leave his office feeling that all my concerns have been addressed. Usually I wait 15 minutes before being called in.

Has been my dr for many years. Over time he spends less time listening trying to fit in as many patients as possible. Lucky if you get a full minute of us attention. Have now moved to a new doctor

Dr. Garay is fine, the staff is terrible. Slow, condescending and no concern for anyone. They will sit chatting while people wait in the lineup, slow to answer phone. Generally unprofessional and not helpful.

Dr. Garay has been looking after my family of five for many years. I have no complaints. When something is serious he takes time to listen to me and direct me to other specialists.

When I am with DR. Garay, I feel like his attention is on me & why I am there. At times, I don't feel he takes all my issues seriously - but in fairness I do have a lot of health issues, and it feels like it is one thing on top of the other. He was extraordinarily kind to take on my entire family of 7 when he really wasn't taking anymore PTs, because I had filed a serious complaint against my old Dr. and their clinic that is still under investigation which left us with no Doctor, and as mentioned earlier I have major health issues that require regular monitoring. THANK YOU Dr. Garay!!! You're the best!

I usually end up waiting up to an hour. I'm rushed out extremely quickly and the new office/FHT status seems to be making it even worse. It's now like Wal-mart healthcare. Or one size fits all. Despite being a patient for approx. 8 years, I'm considering another doctor. Dr. Garay is too focused on operational issues that he just doesn't have time for his patients anymore.

Dr. Garay had been my family Dr. for years...was always very friendly and good to my kids. Over the last several years I have found his demenor to be a bit condicending and offenceive on a few occasions. I switched to a new family Dr. because of this and have also found out that he misdiagnosed myself and my children on some very substantial health issues. So I am happy we left his services. I think Dr. Garay is very knowledgeable however lacks in the ability to "Listen to his patients complaints, especially if they come in repeated times about them! I remember a time where he wasn't like this, not too sure why the change, but none the less we are glad we switched Dr.'s as now I have had surgery to correct the problem he didn't address and we get injections for the other issues he failed to have us tested for so we are in thorough hands now.
