As a pharmacy we were faxed a prescription from the office. An error on their end caused the prescription to be unreadable. We contacted them to clarify the fax for the patient. The doctor was very rude and refused to clarify their mistakes and instead cancelled the prescription for the patient. Doctor has no idea how to deal with other health professionals

This doctor is extremely rude. Has no manners as to how to talk a doctor's office. Extremely unprofessional. I asked her a simple verification for a referral and she yelled stating "this is not my responsibility". So basically you are saying that you are not responsible for your patients. Seriously, the referral is not filled out properly. As a physician, you must take responsibility for the referrals that you send and your patients. Extremely unprofessional. Will not be referring her to any family or friends.

Dr.Aptekar is a wonderful doctor! She realzied very quickly that I needed medical attention and quickly sent me with a medical letter to the nearest hospital and because of her quick response, i was able to get treated right away and avoided serious surgery. She truly cares. My husband and I are both see her and we wouldn't go anywhere else! :)
