I was going through depression when I went to see Dr. Shenouda. She gave me the utmost support and hope. Unlike my last doctor who pushed anti-depressants on me, Dr. Shenouda was very understanding and provided me the much needed counselling and did not pressure me into taking anti-depressants. It's been a year and I have recovered from depression without using anti-depressants. Dr. Shenouda was instrumental in my recovery coaching me, giving me advise on exercise, proper nutrition, moral support and provided other diagnosis for physical pain related to my depression. Her staff are also great people who are willing to help. They are efficient and professional.

Dr. Shenouda is an amazing doctor and one that is very rare to find in this day and age. She listens to you and doesn't rush you. She cares about your well being. She is friendly and always smiling. She brings hope to you when you are feeling sick. It's hard to find a doctor like that these days.

I have been under Dr. Nancy's care since 2007 and she and her staff have taken excellent care of me. I have a chronic illness that is very demanding and she has always put time aside to take time with me and/or my family. She has always gone the extra mile for me me. I think I am very blessed to have found her when she opened up her practice. I have total confidence in her.

Dr. Shenouda is a great doctor and individual as well. She is very caring and sensitive towards her patients. Her secretary is also very pleasant but the other one could do with a bit more social/personal skills. When you are sick it helps to see a smiling face and not an unfriendly one.
