I met Dr Benmoftah at his clinic in Brampton. I have several issues in my left knee and he told me that I will need a total knee replacement but he does not want to do that yet because I am only 49. He recommended that I have my knee scoped and to get a custom brace made for my knee. I told him that I would check with my insurance provider to find out if the brace would be covered. Insurance need a form filled out saying what the diagnoses is. I contacted his office and emailed the form to fill out. It has now 2 weeks later and they have not contacted me. I called his office again to ask when the form would be filled out and was told that he has the file. I explained that I cannot do anything with the insurance until I receive this form and was told "I don't know what you want me to do". I could not believe this. I find his clinic to be completely unprofessional. After my initial appointment I asked how long it would take to get the surgery and the women laughed at me and said that I would probably hear from them in about 4 months. Disgraceful!!!!

I saw Dr. Benmoftah late in 2013 after breaking my tibia plateau and not feeling confident with another doctor, he gave me the exact opposite advice to the first doctor and explained in detail why I couldn't put weight on my leg and why I should in fact be bending my knee (as opposed to the first doctors advice). My break healed and he was fabulous! My son had a collarbone injury, same situation, he was thorough and gave good advice as to why he should stay away from contact sports for an extended period of time for the healing of his collarbone, unlike the first doctor (same one) who said "it's just a collarbone" - my son is an elite athlete, not the advice we were looking for. Awesome doctor and awesome experience, twice!

Hmmm... not like a God. That said, he is an excellent surgeon. I had a consult with Dr. Benmoftah after an MVA. He performed arthroscopic surgery and I could not have hoped for a better outcome. Excellent result.

Just corrected a 6mm fracture in my Tibia plateau. Every engagement was efficient yet thorough and professional, leaving a sense of confidence. This is my first day home from hospital and have not needed to take the pain meds. This is one very content patient of his.
