I have visited this Dr a few times and she always rushes through her appointments, and has a really cold demenour. I am especially writing this review for one visit I had with her which was suppose to be a follow up visit to my initial visit relating to injury at work. When I went to see her, she didn't even had the courtesy to listen to sit me down, and listen to me, upon seeing me she immediately told her staff 'What is this guy doing here again', I mean is that any way to treat a patient? Upon hearing this I calmly told her I was visiting her regarding the paper work I had to submit to my employer, she still didn't give me a proper response so I left and visited another walk in clinic near by. She clearly was paid for my visit as she charged for it as a patient's visit, but I received no care at all instead all I felt was embarrasment for being there.

SHES A OK DOCTOR, ISSUES ARE SHES ALWAYS BEHIND AND RUSHES THROUGH HER APTS THAT SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE SHES NOT EVEN LISTENING TO ME. AND HER STAFF IS JUST SO USELESS

she needs new staff but overall.I love her wish she wasn't so far now that I moved but I still drive to her. been with her since I moved to Brampton about 11 years now..best family Dr....

I have been going to Dr. Francis for over a decade. She is our family physician. I find her to be very helpful, caring and highly knowledgeable. I just can't seem get pass the fact that she does NOT know my name nor that of my children. Regardless of the doctor/patient ratio I still strongly believe that doctors have a responsibility to knowing their respective patience. Addressing them by their names during their routine visits would make a world of difference. Lastly, she has had some really awful staff members. Unfortunately I can't rate a 1 for poor as there are some really GREAT one's. All in all I like her and if the aforementioned can be addressed it would be nice.

I find her front end staff are useless. They don't follow up on referrals and can't follow simple instructions. Either they don't understand or wish not to listen until you show some aggression because of loss of patience. Dr Francis is an amazing Dr.

This is the worst doctor have i have known so far. Even the staff are very very unhelpful. The computer system seems to break down only when they have tremendous amount of patients

patient has to wait for long time no matter walk-in or with appointments. No patience or couteousy manner toward employees.

I can say Dr. francis is NOT approachable. she is my family doctor for more than 5 yrs. i'm just asking for a doctor's note saying that i'm fit going back to work from my surgery. my surgery was successful, no complications and i'm ready for work. but she resist to give me Dr.'s note. she is difficult approach.

Great doctor with full of knowledge. She is very caring and have solution for all of my problems. She always gave me great support and spent time with you solve your problem. I believe that i can never find a doctor like her.

She sent me to the wrong specialist. One of her staff didn't know how to draw blood properly. I won't be going back to her.

The staff at the desk and lab are extremely nice, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Francis is full of knowledge, but always running behind (an hour in some cases when I've had scheduled appts). She didn't seem to take my medical condition seriously which in the end, I found other doctors who did thankfully because things ended up getting quite serious. You are your own health advocate if something isn't right keep pushing for answers.

I've been with Dr.Francis for a few years, at first I thought she was great. She is ok but I find she rushes through appointments, has forgotten things sometimes, and I dont feel she hears me out at times.

I have been with Dr. Francis for quite a while now, and although my boys are in their teens they still like her and her approach. The punctual grade is hard as when you are with her she give 100% of her attention and never tells you your time is up....therefore sometimes she does run behind.

Professional yet very friendly to approach. Wealth of knowledge and takes her time to explain both pros and cons on any medical decision. I would highly recommend her anyone who is looking a great family physician.
