Doctor Trail is a wonderful doctor. She is accessible, approachable, a great listener, when she doesn’t have an answer, she finds it and gets back, she is empathetic, kind and caring.

Still awaiting a return call that was left as an emergency call from the home my mother is staying at (dying of pancreatic cancer) this is the second call put in to her by myself and the nurse at her home regarding an infection that may terminate her surgery next week. Ending the only chance to extend her life (60 yrs old). Have since sent her to hospital by ambulance, but absolutely disgusted by the lack of caring by her family Doctor.
