Dr. Achtymichuk was my family doctor from when I was a baby until I was in my twenties. when I was 10 years old he diagnosed broken arm wrong saying it was sprained, had to let break heal with NO cast. Went in for a physical and he did not do it, waited hours for nothing. Injured my testical in soccer accident, mis-diagnose again and now I have permanent damage to testical! Told me my Mole was cancer, I believed I was dying for weeks until I saw a specialist who said he was completely wrong and it was nothing. Wife at front is a monster and thinks she runs the place and has no patience or compassion for people and she also is a LIAR. Dropped me as a patient and was given NO specific reason. However it is because SHE didn't like me because I called her husband out on his B.S. when I was supposed to get a physical. I tried telling her that he didn't do one and she argued as if she was in the room with him and had witnessed it herself. Didn't even clarify with her husband whether it was done or not. He still is my ENTIRE families Doctor and has messed up so many times with them that both my sisters and my mom are currently switching. He is a Horrible Doctor and his wife is an incompetent lady who should not be working in this profession.

Can't get in to see him. His wife at the front desk is a monster. It's hard to say if he's punctual, caring or helpful, or knowledgeable because I can't get appointment from his wife who seems to think she's the doctor and diagnoses over the phone. Note to self: find new doctor.

Staff are really bad at the front desk. They make it a painstaking task to see the doctor. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT. Rather go to the hospital and wait for hours than have to deal with his front desk staff

Doctor is great, but Caroline who is the doctor wife is the office manager. She rude, and very hard to get an appointment.Very hard to get anything, done medically etc.
