I found Dr H to be a pleasant and competent GP-in-a-hurry who over-refers to specialists (increasingly the norm). Practice management is very poor, resulting in unacceptable wait times for appointments. Receptionist is bullying, and Dr uses receptionist to communicate test results and prescriptions to patients. Doesn't anyone want to practice patient, caring family medicine any more?

Needs to be more compassionate towards patients with mental health concerns and disorders. Also is not very caring or patient, appointments feel very rushed and general check ups are non existent. Very knowledgable about bodily health.

current wait time for an appt is approx 5 months... totally unacceptable; had more care & help from ER dr in 5 min than from Dr Hollowell in 5 years!!

Dr. Hollowell is the a caring and compassionate medical professional. I never feel rushed during appointments and know that my concerns are being truly being listened to.

Dr. Jill is amazing. She always listens, and has no problem taking the extra time it takes to hear your concerns. She doesn't push meds and she treats the problem quickly. I've NEVER had to wait more then 2 days for an appt. which is amazing. She takes her time, and genuinely cares about her patients. If she's your doctor and you don't like her, then stop calling in to get an appt. Problem solved. Then the patients that like her wont have to wait as long.

The staff is the only good thing about this place. Barbie is a wonderful receptionist, but Dr. Hollowell is horriable. I wish there were more Doctor's in town so that I could switch. She doesn't listen to my concerns and had the nerve to give me medication that isn't even offered here in Canada. She needs to go back to where she came from.
