Both my husband & I have been patients of Dr. Bauman for over 2 years. We have been very pleased with the professional care & kindness shown by Dr. Bauman. While being totally professional, she is very friendly and willing to answer any questions or give advice when needed. We have certainly never been rushed. We are very confused with some of the negative comments..are they seeing the "same" Dr. Bauman that we have been seeing. While we are very sad and disappointed that Dr. Bauman is leaving, that is a life choice that she is free to make. We wish her good luck in her new career.

She is leaving her practice only after 2 years which I feel is a good decision. I truly believe she found the family practice was not for her. The last visit in June I had with her was very disturbing. She was rude, very abrupt and had not time for her patient. Her life experience is limited obviously but she doesn't try to connect. She is busy reading from the computer screen and doesn't listen. She doesn't sit and listen before jumping onto the computer and coming to conclusions about your concerns. I found her responses to be "elementary" - no medical reasoning or explanation offered. I could have gotten the same answers off the internet. I know she's young and inexperienced, but she lacks people skills and does not know how to relate to her patients. It's a good choice she is making to leave the practice.

She is leaving the family practice after 2 years. She is very unhappy and acts in a curt manner. Her attitude is about her knowing everything and you know nothing hence a patient has no confidence in her ability to listen. She makes a patient feel you are taking up her time. The terse, blunt attitude is not appropriate. She is condescending, quick to get you out the door, and lacks complete respect for the patient's concerns and questions. She should not be working with people and her choice to leave the practice is perhaps good given her poor reputation is becoming more and more public.

She's leaving .... and if she wasn't I'd be looking for a new Doctor. Little time for individual patient questions and concerns. Short and limited answers and explanations. Seemed like she couldn't wait to leave and do something else. She was very good and caring when she first arrived two years ago .... now, not so much.
