Very warm reception from his receptionist, very friendly. Dr. Ward was prompt, right on time, made me feel at home, listened to my problem, made a correct diagnosis and applied treatment right there. Just a great feeling, he was smiling and talking all of the time. Thanks for the help

Dr. Ward has an excellent bedside manner, good sense of humour and a professional approach. Research your issue so that you can ask informed questions. Staff member is excellent as well.

WHAT A WONDERFUL AND EASY-GOING DR.! HE IS DOWN TO EARTH, EXPLAINS USING ANATOMICAL MODELS. HE HAS A VERY 'KINDLY' AURA AND A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR! The receptionist at the desk looks/acts like she's sucking a lemon!!
