The comment from September 2 made me laugh!! Dr. Rajguru is the kindest and most thorough doctor I have ever seen! I don't mind waiting to see her if my child is truly sick, she comes first and I know with Dr. Rajguru, she is in the best hands possible! And yes, I have waited an hour and half for her, BUT she never rushes me and always listens to what I have to say and I LOVE that! Nikki does her best, and I have never been told that I couldn't have an appointment. I am glad to have Dr. Rajguru as my pediatrician, and wouldn't change her just because I may sometimes have to wait for her...

We showed up at our appointment on time, asked if the doctor was on time and were informed the doctor was 20 min behind. I informed the receptionist that my time was limited due to another commitment. After sitting at the office for more then 45 min with no doctor in sight, we left. We will be asking for a new referral. Maybe if the doctor started before 10am and allocated adequate time to patients this would not be an issue.
