Rarely see doctor within an hour of scheduled appointment. Have to ask very specific questions to get an idea of diagnosis otherwise just handed Rx or requisition for tests.

I do have to sometimes wait for my appointment, but do feel that I am given expert care when I am seen. I do not feel rushed and Dr. McCallum listens to what I say. He can only do his job if I tell him all of my symptoms. The staff often seems unhappy and rushed. I attribute that to a busy office. The tests, paperwork and appointments are NEVER messed up and test results are revealed to me in a timely manner. Dr McCallum had a good sense of humour and is very personable. I do not have any trouble speaking with him and appreciate his care.

Every time I go to see Dr. McCallum he always keep me waiting. longer than any other doctor I have been to. He never looks at me when he talks to me, so I never know if he is thinking aloud or talking to me. I have a condition that I just found out should be checked every 6 weeks and he left me for months. He has made rude comments to me when in his office. He does not listen to me or look at me when I speak to him. I am changing doctors as soon as possible. He is not reliable
