Nice young doctor who I saw at night clinic for my eye, there nothing serious but just was worried, She assured me, gave me advice about compresses and to come back if infectious etc.She really explained things well. I would switch to her as FD If lived near

Dr. Bal and Teresa work well together and my kids feel comfortable.I almost always get appointments when I need them. The visit is never rushed, Happy with my doctor

This Dr was extremely rude and unfriendly. She never introduce herself or even say hello, not once did she make eye contact. She stared at her computer the whole time. She did not examine my shoulder, just referred me back to my family doctor. This was a total waste of my time. I felt very disrespected.

I have found that it is extremely challenging to get a hold of the office to make an appointment. Not only that but when I had a life threatening brain injury she told me I had the flu and had to go to the hospital in order to be properly diagnosed. I was not happy with her services.

Dr Bal and her staff are fantastic. The wait is never very long. I feel at ease talking with her about any problems. She doesn't talk down to me or make me feel bad for something like weight issues. I'm lucky to have her.

Dr. Bal has been my doctor since she started her practice in Cambridge. I will say her staff do thier very best to get me an apointment ASAP, when I call the office. Dr Bal has always treated me with respect and never leaves me without an answer to my medical concerns. I have complete trust in her ability to look after my health.
