Dr. Kwok sent me from his office crying on my last three visits. He has no compassion at all.after my husband died I went six months later as I was dreading seeing him again. When I mentioned I was feeling stressed he asked me if there were any reason I would be stressed. He never once offered any condolences and rudely went on about my husbands death and that he thought he might still be alive had we not been in Lakeridge hospital Oshawa. I am thoroughly appauled with his rudeness. Ontario Doctors need to be held responsible for their wrong doings.

does not do follow ups has none medical reasoning for not doing tests such as colon testing for cancer and other important testing.

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Kwok who through his diligence and expertise suspected a heart problem and immediately had me scheduled for tests and a referral to a cardiologist who in turn found a major heart problem which got solved through the collective quick action of everyone involved. My eternal thanks.

It isn't possible for a Doctor to recieve a 5 in punctuality. Dr. Kwok is highly effective in all he brings to my case as a patient/client.
