Rushed to emerg at CObourg hospital in 2009 with extreme abdominal pain. I waited in extreme pain for a few hours before being seen by Dr. Pepper. She proceeded to order an enema for me. When nothing happened she ordered an additional enema for me. Twelve hours later a new shift of Doctors came on and ordered a ct scan at which time they realized I had a ruptured colon and complicated by peritonitis. I was rushed to surgery and 8 inches of bowel was removed. My abdominal cavity had to be cleaned due to the leakage of fecal matter into it. Short story is she misdiagnosed me and should NEVER have given me an enema never mind two. Had it not been for the decisive action of the new morning shift I would have died.

Always pleased to have Dr. Pepper managing my health issues. She is always attentive and compassionate. Goes to great lengths to explain and discuss all aspects. The clinic, on the other hand, can be difficult to contact by phone.

Goes on holidays and doesnt leave necessary prescriptions for me when discharged. Cant talk about her bedside manner. Most of the time i saw an intern. When i did see her she was uncompassionate.

Dr. Pepper has been my doctor since 2008 when I met her in Cobourg Emergency, she kept me as a patient and I am so thankful she did. She is wonderful.

Saw her in emerge. Was a very long wait. Did not believe I was in pain. Perscribed me something that did not help. Went to my own doctor next day and had siatica damage. She pushed me down to see how far I could bend. Not a very pleasant first visit
