Our family has had the honour of being Dr. Haunts patients since 2011. He is beyond caring and professional and will go more than the extra mile for his patients. Time and time again he has called one of us a home to follow-up and to see how we are doing. Wow! he is an amazing doctor and I thank God every day that he is our doctor :):):)

Dr Haunts looks after our entire multi-generational family. He is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the most caring, dedicated and compassionate family doctor we have had and that is said with no disrespect to some fine doctors we have been helped by in other places. Dr Haunts listens, thinks, considers options and follows up. He is totally dedicated to patient-centric care. We have enjoyed nothing more than first class service from Dr Haunts and his entire team.

He listens, does his research, and makes every possible effort to address his clients' medical needs. He is very personable and patient. However, with all of these excellent qualities, he is VERY busy and getting in to see him is not an easy task. Appointments must be booked in the morning of the day of the appointment unless it is a follow-up appointment. The phones are VERY VERY VERY busy, and most of the time are not answered. This is VERY frustrating, but clearly not any fault of Dr. Haunts. Our family loves him and we wouldn't ever consider finding a different MD.

Dr. Haunts is a good Dr. but his staff on the other hand are not so great. Their attitude seems to be that you are bothering them. Not being able to get in touch with the office or make an appointment for future visits is very frustrating. You have to phone the day you want to see him and if there is an opening that is great, if not you have to call back the next day. I have never had a doctors off who does not answer the phone during business hours!!!!! You should be able to contact the doctors office from the time they open until they close!!!!!

Dr. Haunts does not seem too interested about his patients health. He seems to have too many patients to keep up with major issues that are occuring to individual patients. Some new patients are getting quite upset as there is NO follow up - patients must call in every day to get in to see him. Or they are led to believe that in order to see him, the patients must call everyday to get in.

Dr. Haunts is our family doctor. He is a very caring, compassionate, knowlegeable doctor. we find him easy to talk to and he relates really well with our children. He really takes the time to listen to his patients and provides excellent care.

Very attentive, patient doctor. Feels as if he is there with you, rather than on the way to another patient. Only complaint is that it is very hard to get a line into that office. Phone often seems off-line. Frustrating.
