Dr. Palinka has always been very communicative and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she doesn't overbook and does not leave her patients sitting in the waiting room for long periods like most doctors and professionals

her receptionist is the best ive ever talked to. and Palinka is such a great doctor. she is mine and my boyfriends doctor and we both have no complaints

I seen Dr. Palinka at the Courtice walk in clinic and she was amazing. Unfortunately, I see my fair share of Doctors and I have never left an office thinking, 'wow, they were really good'. When I left Dr. Palinka I was SO impressed and excited to learn she is a local practice! I am hoping Dr. Palinka is accepting patients and will take on my whole family. Best Doctor around!

Dr Palinka deserves an Oscar! She has the patience of Job! One never feels rushed, you tell her your problems and she's such a great listener. You get a response when you discuss a problem. If she can't find the answer, she will go to great lengths to do so. For the most part, she has the answers! You are never kept waiting which seems to be the norm these days. When my Dr. retired about 15 years ago, I chose her. The best move I ever made. Lets not forget the other half of a terrific team...Lucy---another award please. Her phone conversations are confidential, not loud, so the patients in the waiting room can hear. That's a big plus. Kudos to both great team players and professionals. When you need them ,they are there--that's a 10 out of 10. They truly show what going to a Dr. is all about. Keep up the good work, Dr Palinka and Lucy!

She is an excellent doctor! Our whole family is very lucky to have her. Very easy to talk to, takes her time - never rushed, compassionate. Lucy is always friendly and very well organized.
