Hard to reccommend any Dr that can't keep appointments. Receptionist has to constantly call and let you know that your appointment is cancelled as Dr won't be in. Time management is not his friend. AS a last one to be seen, my appointment was over 3 hrs late.. Took 2 yrs to get a referal for a specialist. Recently went to get a script filled, and was prescribed a medication for sleeping ..I was after a refill for blood pressure... time to move on

Dr MacNeil is a wonderfull Doctor. If you ever wonder why Dr. MacNeil may be a bit behind with your appointment, you will find out quicly that, it is because he cares about you and will take the time YOU need if necessary. this is rare and apreciated.
