Very competent doctor. Great manner - calm, patient, takes time to explain. However, always have trouble getting somebody to answer the phone in his office.

I had the extremely good fortune to meet Dr. Noakes in October of 2012 when a routine CT scan, ordered because of another surgical procedure, detected a major problem in my right kidney. I had to meet Dr. Noakes the day before colon-related surgery that involved another highly qualified physician. Dr. Noakes did a great job to reduce the obvious stress level I was experiencing and advised me that he would make himself available the next day and remove a kidney that the CT scan found contained a large tumour. My surgery then took place about 24 hours later and Dr. Noakes was just great. I have experienced no additional medical issues and I feel extremely fortunate to have met Dr. Noakes who accomodated my medical needs with virtually no notice. I would definately recommend this highly qualified physician to anyone in need of his expertise. Brian J.
