Ask for a copy of your results. Found out a few times that nothing was wrong when there was. The staff lacks empathy and altruistic behaviour. It's just a job to most of them. I like Dr. Zou as a person but needs to be more upfront with her patients.

If you like getting back your results from Dr. Zou and finding out nothing is wrong, then asking for the results from a doctor that was taking her place while she was sick and finding out that on TWO seperate occasions she was lying....this is the doctor for you.
