Office secretary does a horrible job at answering phones. I call back after they leave a message 8 minutes later and they don't answer (15 minutes before they stop answering phones at 3:30pm!). Then they hang up after answering the phone. The lady that takes patient information was shoving her face with food (not even lunch hour) and then was short with me upon check in. I don't know how to rate Dr. Tam because she is a new doctor. So far so good.

Dr. Tam does as little work as possible. The nurses were off for two and a half weeks over the Xmas holidays then books weeks in advanced once they open. If you go to Urgent Care or a walk-in clinic, they will ignore your phone calls. Dr. Tam said to discontinue a medication for pain (neurological deficits), however didn't explain the very, very serious withdrawals that came with it Ended up getting a CT of my brain because the doctors had no clue what was going on (eyes darting back and forth, extreme nausea, etc.). I know it's difficult to find a doctor in Dundas, however for your own health (or children's) I would advise you to continue your search. She may be good for minor concerns. Thank you.

A lovely doctor with a caring and knowledgeable approach to all medical concerns raised. Dr. Tam is young, enthusiastic and optimistic. The front desk staff are not terribly welcoming though. They need to see themselves as an extension of the doctor in terms of bedside manner.
