Dr. Norris always has time to talk with you which probably explains why he runs behind. Better than some specialists who wisk you in and wisk you out. Friendly, refers easily, and will send you where you want if you ask.There is a reason he has a long patient list

Dr. Norris is a great doctor. Always answers all of my questions and is sincere about my health. The staff don't greet you when you walk in and aren't very friendly. It's impossible to call the office and actually talk to someone as the line is always busy. When booking an appointment, the only availability is months ahead and when you do finally get to see him, the wait time is ridiculous.

He usually is running late, but worth the wait... caring, kind man. Nurses are great. Reception staff need to smile,
