3 times I have left work for an appointment only to be told I don't have an appointment, this time I had my card but was still told I had no appt, receptionists need training in scheduling, if you have 2 many patients tell me, I'll find another Dr

Nowadays it's extremely important to find a physician you trust and feel comfortable with. A doctor who genuinely cares about your well-being is more likely to pay attention to symptoms and to keep investigating if a particular treatment isn't working. Dr. Dickinson has a caring, sincere and emphatic attitude along with an open and responsive manner. Contrast this to the staff that seems to always be in a bitchy mood and treat you like cattle. They act like they hate their jobs and make you feel guilty for being there. They never smile or look at you directly in the eyes...Dr. Dickinson is the only reason I keep going there.

Staff is terrible. Only answer the phone in french, and have no ability to prioritize or maintain a friendly manner. Doctor is young and inexperienced, but generally friendly.
