My 85 year old mother is a patient of Dr. Cook. The staff in the clinic are very helpful and caring. They seem to understand my mom's, needs and do their best to assist her. Dr. Cook will take extra time to explain in a patient, friendly fashion, what is happening with my mom's health, even though the clinic is very busy. I was impressed with her understanding and quick assessment of a potential health, problem. In 2011, I wrote a bad review for this doctor. I have since changed my mind and find her to be a good doctor for my mom. She genuinely cares for her patients.

I really like Dr Albin-Cook but she is too busy - too many patients. It takes months to get an appointment. I can never actually see her when I am sick. Even if you do have an appointment, you will have to wait and wait to see her. Good doctor - just too busy

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Cook for over 20 years. She is not only professional but she cares about us like we are a part of her family. I feel comfortable going to her for any issue. I also like that she direct (gets to the point). Thank you Dr. Cook for everything you have done for us and will continue to do.

She has been my doctor for 18 years and over time, I cannot get an appt to her under 3 months. The staff does not have the knowledge to decide whether the medical problem is urgent or not. She was rude and brushed me aside. I had to see another doctor and found out I had cancer.

This doctor is becoming increasingly incompetent. My 80 year old mother is her patient. She does not examine her but sends her for tests, some absolutley repetitious and unnecessary causing hardship and stress. A bad doctor.
