Seen during my first pregnancy, my biggest concern was that I was severely B12 deficient, and it wasn't caught, i was taking oral supplementation but it wasn't being absorbed, I moved and started receiving B12 injections and feeling much better, concerned that being B12 deficient caused birth defects and it could have been prevented, also caused me a great deal of pain/worry.
