I am very grateful to have seen Dr Samways. She always took her time with me and listened to what I was saying. My family doctor was away and I saw another doctor at the clinic I attend and after 2 yrs of going to see a massage therapist, physio therapist, acupuncturist, chiropractor that my doctor had prescribed for my chronic neck pain, I was referred to her. After a few visits with her and her recommendations including MRI she had her suspicions and referred me to a neurologist. I now have a proper diagnosis and feeling much better. THANK YOU DR SAMWAYS!!!

I was warned by my Family Dr. that Dr. Samways was a no-nonsense Dr who will tell you things straight up. I had been suffering with intense back pain for almost a year before seeing her and it was only because I continued to bug my own family doctor that he finally set up an appointment with her. I AM SO GRATEFUL for Dr. Samways! I cannot state this enough. She sat and listened intently to my story and what I had to say. She assessed me and determined I needed an MRI. My family doctor would NOT send me for an MRI and we were ready to spend the $ to go to the States to have one done. Her assessment and MRI recommendation literally changed my life for the better. She may be 'short' or abrupt in her professional mannerism but she was the only doctor that took the time to LISTEN to what I had to say. Thank you Dr. Samways. I am now recovering from much needed back surgery and the pain is almost all gone. Thank you for listening.

I am a medical doctor and I went to Dr Samways for my own injury/rehab problems. She runs a small little clinic so dont expect alot of staff etc. But the main thing is she really knows physical medicine and rehab, and her guidance has turned my health ( and thus my life) around. I am very grateful and I refer her to my friends, family and patients.

I was reluctant to keep my apointment after reading the two negative reviews, but I was glad I drove the half hour to see her. She was on time, she was thorough, commpassionate about answering all my questions and I left feeling so much better about some questions I had. Dr. Samway is a brilliant doctor!

When I walked in the place was empty. On arrival there was a lady at the front desk; she was the only there (I assume she was the doctor) because she did not even introduce herself. For I know I was examined by the receptionist. She was very clear on getting me out in a hurry. I left feeling uninsured. I feel she did not take the time to answer or listen to my concerns. Even my husband was so surprized; could not believe it. She simply did not want to listen. “She likes to hear herself talk”. She has no wait list. I found her unhelpful. Sometimes the best thing a doctor can do is LISTEN. Help to reassure the patient of concerns.
