Secretary did not get back to me. Have had to see other doctor in is clinic a couple of times. Still have unresolved health issues. Secretary seems to be overwhelmed all the time. Dr. has called me when I told her for him to call. Now the answering machine doesn't take messages, secretary tells me "there has been some changes in the office".

Good luck getting a hold of him. I found him on find a Dr. Now I can never find him anymore.His office doesn't even have an answering machine.Nobody ever answers the phone. Good luck seeing him.

Dr. Shecter is not a bad dr when you can see him. He works less than anyone I have ever encountered. It is almost impossible to get in to see him and his staff are terrible at returning calls. I understand his wife had a baby last year but come on. He took off for months leaving his patients going to see him at after hours clinics and his secretary didnt return anyones calls. I sincerely wish I had a different GP however as a woman planning a family I cant afford to be without a Dr right now. No matter how unreliable his schedule is.

Very thorough and knowledgable physician, whom I understand has been in emergency medicine and is thinking about transferring to the field of family medicine.
