His office needs to work on answering the phone when someone calls. I must of call 30 or more time in several days until I left a message and they called me the next day. But that was ridiculous :(

I saw Doctor Lin regarding my thyroid. He put me at ease, explained everything and has a sense of humour too. Although I'm happy that my thyroid issues have been resolved I was sorry that I would not be seeing him again.

I had a tube put into my ear and a septoplasty and adnoids removed by Dr.Lin and he and his staff are awesome thank you Dr. Lin.

need more than one phone line. can never get through. need answering machine so patients can return phone calls.

Absolutely unbelievably hard to get through on the phone to book an appointment and have frequently had appointments that were made six months in advance cancelled on me. I cannot tell you how many times I have phoned during business hours to get the phone message saying that I need to call back when the office is open. Very very very frustrating to get an appointment. Dr. Lin himself is very professional and caring, but his staff (audiologist) is condescending and inappropriate when dealing with my child who is scared to go in to the sound booth. She is a nightmare, and my child absolutely hates going for his appointments knowing that he has to face her.
