Dr. Little is very attentive, will ask questions even if you can't remember all of your symptoms, will defer to specialists and research to improve service to you. She is friendly, caring and up front with what she thinks will help. She will provide you with options: Changes in lifestyle, see a special, prescription etc., depending on which apply. Her staff will phone and follow up if you don't return for a follow up. Only negatives are difficulty with making appts. The office is very busy, you'll be put on hold, sometimes more than once and they fill up fast. They have been making changes toward solving this and I find new staff are improving in friendliness and empathy. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Little as my family physician.

Reception is awful. Dr. Little is knowledgable and generally pleasant. She can be a little bit judgemental and a bit of a "ball-breaker" for lack of a better word. At least it shows she is concerned about her patient's health :)
