One of the things I really appreciate with Dr Potter is that if you are concerned about something, she doesn't "fluff it off". She listens and gives advice.

To much attention to computer when talking to patient and not enough eye contact and real listening. To keen on test and medication not down to earth.

Dr. Potter is very kind, gentle and caring. She shows great compassion and she really listens to you. I might have to wait a few minutes longer to see her but she always gives her patients the time they require to receive excellent care!
