Dr Austin is the best Doctor I have ever had. She cares, is honest and always listens to what you have to say. I can't say I that I have any issues with Dr. Austin at all.

Wonderful doctor. She is very knowledgeable and up-to-date. Good listener and doesn't make you feel rushed. Very difficult to make an appointment though. I have to agree with other comments about the staff they can be terse.

Dr Austin has been my doctor since 1995. Dr Austin herself is a great doctor but she needs to seriously do something about her front staff. They are rude. She needs to either teach them to be a lot nicer or let them go...period!

Dr Austin has been my GP for over 25 years. She is a great listener, and will not hesitate to refer to specialist if needed. The staff can be rude at times and it is often hard to book an appointment.

Dr. Austin has been my Dr. for almost 15 years. She is sweet and knowledgeable and caring, and GENUINELY wants you to feel your best. I feel very lucky to have her as my GP.

Most of the reception staff are rude. 1 is nice. It is VERY difficult to book an appointment though especially for the typical 9-5 that can't rearrange their schedule day of! we should be able to prebook as far in advance as we need to for the morning. not have to call that day/week.

Too many patients!! She is a great doctor but in many cases is too busy to see you when you do need to see her for an issue. Once you get in to see her she is very knowledgeable and effective. Some of the front office staff can be hard to deal with to try and book an appointment

The best doctor for female healthcare. She has been the family doctor for years and will continue to be. Another doctor from Arthur was prepared to leave my hand paralized and Dr. Austin recognized the need to have another surgery and everything is well now.
