Dr.Ward gave me an emergency appendix operation at Guelph General. Her intelligence, composure, and calmness immediately assured me that I was in good hands. She is a quiet and humble healer.

Dr Ward was a true pleasure in how she dealt with me. She performed a colonoscopy on me without anesthetic (upon my request) and she made it a great learning experience. (I got to watch and was given "the full tour". :) ) It was fascinating. No issues were found, and there was little discomfort. Dr Ward should be teaching what she practices. She's full of info and delivers it with kindness. If a colonoscopy can 'fun', I just had that!

dr ward removed my appendix, she was very caring and even personally called me at home when i had a concern, wish she was a family doctor !!!

Dr. Ward removed a lump from my breast and as soon as biopsy results were in, she had me in her office to review. Months later a 2nd lump was discovered, my specialist was away, her office had me in for testing and in to see Dr. Ward within a week. She is a wonderful lady with a wonderful team. thank you

She did gall bladder surgery on me and was so kind and considerate (I called to share a concern and she got back to me personally). She was thorough and knowledgable and I completely felt like I was in great hands!
