There is only one doctor, that is retired, that truly showed how a doctor should be, thoughtful, caring, understanding, prompt, listens, does a through check on ANY and ALL issues that needs attention. Other doctors (that I have had to see there) and staff seem to not want to take the time of day for you and there only for the money. Previous receptionist was amazing, the now one does not seem to care about her job, patients or has much knowledge in the medical field and has could use a course or two to work on people skills. This practice needs to get the phone issues and returning calls to patients in less time than a week or no phone call back at all... This is basically refusal to provide health care to patients, this should not be an option...
