Dr M is great. I find him easy to talk to. He makes my visit easy. His receptionist lacks professionalism and comes across rude and/or impatient. I only visit his office about once per year, but on my recent visit she was very unpleasant to another patient who was asking about tests that he is to have done.

Dr. Mondonca is a great doctor, I did find that his office person finds texting more important than actually following through or even paying attention to the patients. She gives his practice a bad initial impression, due to her lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend him.

He is a smart doctor and takes the time to listen however you need to stay on top of recommendations for other specialists or you could wait months then find out they haven't sent a request...
