I am lucky to have Dr Peter and his staff. My last Doc was a bully but at this practice I have value. I'm a person not a piece of meat. Thanks to Peter and everyone else in this practice.

Receptionists are pleasant enough and that's where the caring ends. No doctor in sight. Gal with the blood pressure cuff is nice but the other two are just taking up space. Complete waste of time.

've been with Spadafora for years (since he took over from my previous doctor who retired) and yet I've never actually met Spadafora. I USED to deal with Pam and she was lovely, those were the best times but late was told by a receptionist that she was "no longer with them." Too bad, she was the BEST part there.. no one else is ever friendly there. Honestly, if I could, I would change MDs.. I've dealt with Brenda for years and I've felt mostly she can come across as rude, but its more abruptness, she doesnt have time for chit chat.. sometimes she's a little warmer but I always figure it's because she has a huge workload each day. Whenever I'm there for an appointment, I do find it a hit or miss for waiting and usually the receptionists are gabbing about some personal thing.. sometimes about patients.. very unprofessional & really could not care less sometimes about patients. I called this week for an appointment and the lady who answered (not sure if her name was given) and I found her very snotty on the phone and then hung up on me (a goodbye would have been a little nicer) Usually I see one of the nurse practioners. The last time I did, she came in late, was rushed, didnt seemed concerned about issues I was having (numbness in my arm & difficulty breathing at times) she said I probably just sprained something.. no need for any tests... and then she went to print a paper and left the room.. She didnt come back & that was when I knew the appointment was over. As I gathered my things and left the room, I found her sitting at a computer and she didnt say anything as I left. I get that they're busy and have a lot of patients (though I didnt see/ hear anyone else) but really I think they couldn't care less and I haven't left feeling satisfied with them in a very long time. It feels like they try to intimidate people from making appointments and convince them not to come in. I think it's time to change doctors.. or maybe someday I'll actually be lucky enough to get to meet the actual doctor.. if his gate keeper staff will let me. Not pleased at all.

Reception is less to be desired. Stood up to the doctor once because he wasn't listening to me, now I can never see him even if I request it. Many other patients say they have never met him anyways. That and two of his nurses are fantastic so its no biggie.
