Dr Stephenson has been my doctor for over 29 yrs. I find her very helpful. she always has time to listen so the waiting is not a big deal. However apt are hard to get and the staff is rude!!!

I never feel rushed; therefore I never mind waiting. Dr Stephenson makes you feel at ease & listens, wonderful caring staff. Dr Stephenson has been my doctor for more than 18 years. CM

I hate the appointment process -- you can't make an appointment for a future date (except for physicals); you have to call in the morning for an appointment on the same day. So you sit on the phone, trying to get through, with limited success, only to be told that all the appointments for that day are full, so try again some other day! Not a great experience. Then you have to wait until after hours to go to a clinic and not even see your own doctor.
