Dr. Algird operated on my dad last November 2015 on a brain tumor. We just had our check up and all was clear. He was such a compassionate person. He explained the surgery and really took the time to make us understand the outcomes and possible risks. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his associates to others. He truly cares for his patients. He is a very caring doctor and with beautiful smile.

We went to consult Dr Algird re shunt surgery for my husband who at one stage showed symptoms of normal pressure hydrocephalus. We were aware of the risks and possible unsuitability of a shunt in my husband's case but it was a pleasant surprise to find Dr Algird NOT pushing surgical solutions and being willing to wait and watch what actually happens with my husband. He taught us a lot about NPH and impressed us both with his knowledge and clinical manner.

Great Doctor........... Terrible times when my son was diagnosed with a meningioma 4 cmm in size, and needed an operation. Dr Algird was very supportive and informative, he almost took the "scare" of the surgery away from it....I know my son was in good hands
