Had to wait 2.5 weeks for an intake appointment, just to find out I wasn't actually meeting the doctor. Instead I was in a GROUP information session where we were expected to do all of the documentation to have our info transferred over without even meeting Dr. Pek to see if she is a good fit. This seems backwards to me. Dr. Pek also had no/very little availability the month following due to her summer vacation schedule. Huge waste of time. The lady leading this meeting was friendly and helpful, but Dr. Pek's receptionist's customer service/friendliness leaves fairly little to be desired.

Virtually no wait time, which was a lovely surprise. Dr was very thorough and professional. Kris was very friendly and helpful.

Very understanding and investigates patient history and provides thorogh medical advice. Wonderful caring doctor
