Rude receptionist, she has no business dealing with the public. The clinic is unresponsive to messages and very poor quality of service. Good luck actually seeing the Doctor. It's obvious this clinic is only interested in what can charge for. When this clinic took over the practice from Dr. Callaghan, I expected some changes but this is ridiculous. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Find another one. I know I wont be going back!!!!

Phone are never answered you are lucky if you get through. No one seems to actually see the doc just PA's. That's because he is busy in back doing telemedicine consults. This guy is all about money. The front desk staff is awful and honestly you would be better with a NP then a PA

PAM is the rudest person I have ever dealt with! The phone system. Is a joke. 40 second wait to 10 seconds to 2 f minutes & I was caller 2. I am changing Doctors you should too BEWARE

Horrible practice. Does nothing that they say they will do. Both staff and doctors are very condescending and rude. Switching doctors as soon as I can

Dr. DiValentino is one of the nicest kindest doctors I have ever met. You would be so lucky as to have him. He takes time with you, offers many suggestions to improve your health.

I CALLED THIS OFFICE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, AND THE RECEPTIONIST WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. CLEARLY THIS IS COMMON FOR THIS OFFICE SEEING THE OTHER COMMENTS... NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT BOOK THE APPOINTMENT, AND FOUND ANOTHER OFFICE THAT WAS HAPPY TO HAVE MY BUSINESS!

Receptionist needs compassion training, Doctor need to dress professionally and actually show sincere help is available. The nurse (Sue) is the best bet, otherwise that office should restructure again!!!

I have been with this Dr. for several years and the service is horrible, the office procedures/operation/availability is so scattered. Professionalism visit out of 10 would be 3.(dress code,attention,compation etc).The ONLY reiable staff member is the NURSE(Susan).Thank God for her!
