Front desk staff does not answer calls if they know who is calling they leave you on hold for long periods of time if you even get through and dr rosati does not listen or acknowledge how seriously sick you are he sends out for the same tests and gives out meds that are making me seriously sick and just goes by what he thinks is the problem without diagnosing the serious illness

A competent Doctor, extremely busy, quick on analysis and prescriptions. Support staff is generally very abrupt.

Staff are extremely rude and would rather argue with you then do their job. Dr. just wants to prescribe pills rather than get to an issue. Then when repeats are needed he constantly fills out repeats at incorrect dosage. makes you wonder if he even keeps notes on paitent's visits.
