Dr. Moens is passionate about his vocation. He is caring, compassionate and he has a great sense of humour. Dr. Moens was initially concerned about my condition , arranging for me to have my surgery on an emergency basis during his on call weekend rather than having me wait. My recovery has been great and I attribute this to his skill.
