I know Dr. Kroll for few years. Every time when i try to book an appointment, she is either completely full or on a vacation. I get an appointment two weeks later. Her staff always requesting me to go to urgent care or emergency and I spent about 4-5 hrs there. Doctor does not want us to go to a walking clinic and she doesn't have a on call doctor. Because of the doctors like these, emergency and urgent care are full of people that should have been seen by a family doctor. She only works 3 days a week between 9-3.30. I am really fed up with doctors who do not take their roll seriously. I wish there are more family doctors available in Hamilton. I don't how she can get away with what she does. I hope the ministry of health read these reviews.

Perhaps someone should paint and clean up that place..Really get disheartened with the aloofness of the medical staff, and confusing and obvious lack of awareness of personal history and medical needs.

The atmosphere is dingy, uncomfortable and one feels more like an impostion rather than an ill human being. Dr. K seems confused, sometimes distant and more pleasant when you ask NO questions or contradict her memory of your file and facts...not helpful in most situations...tho her staff seem to try to compensate. Overall not a healing atmosphere nor caring supportive doctor

I feel rushed every single time, and have been told my confusing symptoms aren't important or "don't matter" (her words), with no explanation. Her nurse, however, is very kind and personable.
