I had an appointment scheduled with her on Feb 24/15 which I had waited 10 months for and then I show up and nobody informed me that she was away that day. I had another appointment rescheduled for March 24/15 and when I phoned on March 23/15 to find out if she would be there the next day, I was then informed she would be away again.. I would of shown up for the second time and taken another day off work for nothing because nobody informed me she would not be there. I was really looking forward to finally getting some answers after meeting with her and finding out an option for this pain. I would like to have kids and I have been waiting until this issue was resolved due to this pain in my back. So to find out once again I will not be meeting with her is very frustrating and upsetting. I could have been referred to somebody else in the meantime and gotten some answers to help me. I just hope she can learn how to communicate with her patients in regards to their appointments and when she cannot make them and have them rescheduled beforehand.

Excellent,compassionate and caring specialist. Showed and explained MRI and CT scan, arranged an xray that took 10 minutes and discussed the results with me 10 minutes later. Wish all specialists could be this fantastic!
